优质护理在门诊护理工作中运用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing in outpatient nursing work

目的:对门诊护理工作当中应用优质护理的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院门诊收治的患者158例纳入研究,选取时间为2019年12月至2020年11月。按照接诊单双号将这些患者随机地划分为常规组和优质组,每组各79例。常规组患者在就诊和治疗时接受常规护理,优质组患者则在此基础上接受优质护理。对比两组的护理不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果:优质组的不良事件发生率明显低于常规组,数据经过检验具备统计学意义(P<0.05);优质组的护理满意度明显高于常规组,数据经过检验具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊患者就诊和治疗期间,采用优质护理服务对患者实施护理具有非常好的效果,可以有效降低护理不良事件发生率,而且还可以提高其护理满意度,值得进一步应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in outpatient nursing work.Methods:158 patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected for inclusion in the study.The selection period started in December 2019 and ended in November 2020.These patients were randomly divided into the regular group and the high-quality group according to the admission number,with 79 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group receive routine care during treatment and treatment,while patients in the high-quality group receive high-quality care on this basis.The incidence of adverse nursing events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the high-quality group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the data was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the high-quality group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the data was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of outpatient treatment and treatment,the use of high-quality nursing services has a very good effect on the implementation of nursing care,which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and can also improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further application.
