神经内科护理对脑卒中康复护理的临床分析

Clinical analysis of neurological nursing to stroke rehabilitation nursing

目的:探讨在脑卒患者护理中应用神经内科康复护理的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为本院收治的脑卒中女性患者,共68例,选取时间为2019年8月至2020年8月,在患者护理中,所有患者均接受病情监测、饮食干预、症状护理等常规神经内科护理服务。另外,在其中34例患者护理中增加康复护理并归为本次研究中的观察组,其余患者为对照组,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察比较。结果:比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、护理干预后肢体运动功能评分、患者的护理满意度,观察组患者的各项指标均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中康复护理涵盖患者心理、肢体运动、并发症预防与处理等多方面护理内容,将其用于神经内科患者护理中,不仅可以稳定患者的心态,还能促进患者肢体功能的恢复,提高患者的护理安全,提高患者的疾病治疗有效率,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the specific implementation method and application effect of stroke rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients in the department of neurology.Methods:68 cases of neurology patients in our hospital were selected from August 2019 to August 2020.In patient care,all patients received routine nursing services such as condition monitoring,diet intervention and symptom nursing.In addition,the stroke rehabilitation nursing was added to the nursing of 34 patients,which were divided into the observation group and the other patients as the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:In the comparison of the total effective rate of clinical treatment,limb motor function score after nursing intervention and patients'nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the other group,and the difference was in line with the evaluation standard of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stroke rehabilitation nursing covers patients'psychology,limb movement,prevention and treatment of complications and other aspects of nursing content.It can not only stabilize patients'mentality,but also promote the recovery of patients'limb function,improve patients'nursing safety,and improve patients'disease treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
