摘要
肠道菌群与人体健康息息相关,是人体中的“第二基因组”,在短链脂肪酸的生物合成、氨基酸代谢和胆汁酸代谢等生物途径中起着重要作用。肠道菌群与代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、炎症和肠道疾病等密切相关。肥胖及相关的2型糖尿病患者都有肠道菌群失调的现象。糖尿病患者长期服用降糖药,会影响肠道菌群的组成和多样性。因此,本综述主要介绍了常见抗糖尿病药物对人体肠道菌群组成和多样性的影响,为进一步治疗和预防糖尿病提供重要的理论指导。
Gut microbiota is closely related to human health.It is the second genome in the human body and plays an important role in the biosynthesis of short-chain fatty acids,amino acid metabolism,bile acid metabolism and other biological pathways.Gut microbiota is closely related to metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes,inflammation and intestinal diseases.Obesity and related type 2 diabetes are mainly caused by the imbalance of gut microbiota.Long-term use of hypoglycemic drugs in patients with diabetes will have an important impact on the composition and diversity of intestinal microflora.Therefore,this review mainly introduces the influence of common anti-diabetes drugs on the composition and diversity of human intestinal flora,and provides important theoretical guidance for further treatment and prevention of diabetes.
