摘要
闷黄是黄茶加工特有工序,也是影响黄茶品质的关键环节。目前,黄茶闷黄普遍采用传统闷黄方式,品质容易受到手工技艺等的影响,同时存在人工成本高、温度较难控制、批量生产受限等问题。针对以上情况,笔者设计出一种新型多层输送带箱式茶叶闷黄机。采用闷黄室内置多层输送带结构,避免翻堆对茶叶造成损伤;采用温湿度控制系统,为黄茶闷黄提供最佳环境条件;采用由传感器在线检测+视频监控+编程控制+执行机构构成的自动控制系统,实现黄茶闷黄智能化及产出规模化。
Stuffy yellowing is not only a unique process of yellow tea processing,but also a key factor affecting the quality of yellow tea.At present,the traditional method of yellow tea stuffy yellowing is widely used,and the quality is easily affected by manual skills.At the same time,there are some problems,such as high labor cost,difficult temperature control,limited batch production and so on.In view of the above situation,the author designed a new multi-layer conveyor belt box type tea stuffy yellowing machine.Adopt the structure of multi-layer conveyor belt built in the stuffy yellowing chamber to avoid damage to tea caused by stacking.The temperature and humidity control system was adopted to provide the best environmental conditions for tea stuffy yellowing.The automatic control system composed of sensor on-line detection,video monitoring,programming control and actuator was adopted to realize the intellectualization and large-scale output of yellow tea.
