摘要
明太祖朱元璋“废团饼,改散茶”,使散茶在全国盛行,由此引发茶产业的一系列变革,茶文化发展也随之达到继唐宋以后的又一高峰。明代茶文学作品丰富,尤其是对茶叶风味方面的描述,不仅较前代更为详细生动,而且出现了对滋味、品质等的具体表述,为当代茶叶感官审评术语的发展提供了可靠借鉴。
Zhu Yuanzhang,the emperor of the Ming Dynasty,made loose tea popular all over the country,which triggered a series of changes in the tea industry,and the development of tea culture reached another peak after the Tang and Song dynasties.The tea literature of the Ming Dynasty were rich,especially the description of tea flavor,which was not only more detailed and vivid than the previous dynasties,but also the specific expression of taste and quality,which provided a reliable reference for the development of contemporary tea sensory evaluation terms.
