煤气化粗合成气吸附除尘器压差信号分析

摘要 在煤气化粗合成气除尘器内分级装填惰性保护剂,对煤气化粗合成气进行了552 d的除尘处理。在此期间,每天对除尘器入口与出口的压差信号进行测量,对压差信号进行了一维离散小波分析。通过分析对比,采用db5小波,在尺度为7、保留能量为99.78%时,分析效果较好。然后采用傅里叶拟合、指数拟合、高斯拟合、线性拟合和正弦拟合的方法对消噪处理后的压差信号进行拟合,拟合优度R_(2)分别为0.9949,0.9968,0.9974,0.9996,0.9989,拟合优度R_(2)均在0.99以上。 Inert protective agent is filled in the dust collector of coal gasification crude syngas by stages, and the coal gasification crude syngas is dedusted for 552 d. During this period, the differential pressure signal at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector is measured every day, and the differential pressure signal is analyzed by one-dimensional discrete wavelet. Through analysis and comparison, when db5 wavelet is used, the scale is 7 and the reserved energy is 99.78%, the analysis effect is better. Then Fourier fitting, exponential fitting, Gaussian fitting, linear fitting and sinusoidal fitting are used to fit the denoised differential pressure signal. The goodness of fit R_(2) is 0.994 9, 0.996 8, 0.997 4, 0.999 6 and 0.998 9 respectively, and the goodness of fit R_(2) values are all above 0.99.
