4种中草药微波提取物制备及其抗真菌和生根活性性能 被引量:1

Preparation of Microwave Extracts from Four Chinese Herbal Medicines and Their Antifungal and Rooting Activities

摘要 采取微波提取的方式,对半枝莲、木通、忍冬藤、连翘4种中草药进行正交实验,并对其提取液的抑菌活性和促进种子生根活性进行了研究。结果表明:4种中草药提取物的抑菌活性在不同微波条件下抑菌率不等,忍冬藤微波提取物对3种真菌的抑制在丙酮作为溶剂时达到了100%,其中连翘微波提取物对小麦全蚀真菌的半致死率浓度(EC_(50))2.91 mg·mL^(-1),忍冬藤微波提取物对小麦全蚀真菌的半致死率浓度为2.79 mg·mL^(-1)。半枝莲微波提取物对柑橘炭疽真菌的抑菌率可达90.4%,木通微波提取物对柑橘炭疽真菌的抑菌率可达88.5%,对小麦全蚀真菌的抑菌率可达87.7%。4味中草药提取液对种子的萌发生根具有较强的活性。 Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines(Scutellaria barbata,Akebia quinate,Lonicera japonica and Forsythia suspensa)were extracted by microwave,and their antibacterial activity and rooting promoting activity were studied.The results showed that the antibacterial activities of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts were different under different microwave conditions.The inhibitory effect of microwave extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.On three kinds of fungi was 100%when acetone was used as solvent.The EC_(50) of microwave extract of Forsythia suspensa Thunb.On wheat take all fungi was 2.91 mg·mL^(-1),and the EC_(50) of microwave extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.On wheat take all fungi was 2.79 mg·mL^(-1).The inhibition rate of microwave extract from Scutellaria barbata on Citrus anthracnose fungi was 90.4%,that of microwave extract from Akebia manshuriensis was 88.5%,and that of wheat take all fungi was 87.7%.The extracts of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have strong activity on the sprouting roots of seeds.
