摘要
在温和的条件下合成出纤锌矿CuInS_(2)纳米材料,具有较高的光热转换效率,是一种良好的光热剂材料。将其应用在光热抗菌治疗中,表现出可观的杀菌效果。在近红外808 nm,0.5 W·cm^(-2)激光照射3 min下,CuInS_(2)纳米材料对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到98.61%,对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达到94.38%。
This article synthesized wurtzite CuInS_(2) nanomaterials under mild conditions,which has high photothermal conversion efficiency and is a good photothermal agent material.It is used in photothermal antibacterial treatment,showing considerable bactericidal effect.Under 808 nm,0.5 W·cm^(-2) laser irradiation for 3 min,the sterilization rate of CuInS_(2) nanomaterials against Gram-negative bacteria E.coli reached 98.61%,and the sterilization rate against Gram-positive bacteria S.aureus reached 94.38%.
