摘要
模压成型工艺制备正六边形玻璃纤维管件,采用低强度胶(3MDP460)环氧树脂胶粘接成多胞结构试件,用万能试验机对其进行准静态压缩试验,分析了其压缩破坏模式和吸能特性。试验结果表明:准静态压缩过程中,玻璃纤维管件出现外翻、倾斜、脱粘、纤维断裂的破坏形式及各种破坏形式的复合,随着厚度增加,试件还出现分层现象;加载过程中,试件普遍出现脱粘现象,实际平均压缩载荷普遍小于理论平均压缩载荷,但仍能观察到平均压缩载荷及峰值载荷随着胞元数量增加而增大,随胞元壁厚增加而增大;本试验最小比吸能为8.11 J·g^(-1),最大比吸能为32.27 J·g^(-1),且比吸能随壁厚增加而增加,与胞元数量无明显相关性。
The hexagon glass fiber tube was prepared by the molding process,and the multi-cell structure specimen was bonded by the low strength adhesive(3 MDP460),and the quasi-static compression test was carried out by the universal testing machine,the compression failure mode and energy absorption characteristics are analyzed.The test results show that during the quasi-static compression process,the failure modes of Eversion,declination,debonding,fiber fracture and the combination of various failure modes appear,and the specimens are layered with the increase of thickness,the results show that the average compression load and the peak compression load increase with the increase of the number of cells and the thickness of cell wall.The minimum specific absorption energy was 8.11 J·g^(-1),and the maximum specific absorption energy was 32.27 J·g^(-1).
