摘要
试验旨在研究溶血性曼氏杆菌的生物学特性,以新疆阿克苏市某羊场疑似感染溶血性曼氏杆菌的绵羊为研究对象,对其感染情况和发病症状进行调查记录;解剖病死羊,无菌采集组织脏器,通过普通PCR法对病料进行实验室病原学诊断,同时对溶血性曼氏杆菌基因及其蛋白特性进行生物信息学分析。结果显示,病死羊肺脏充血、出血、实变,肠道出血、淋巴结肿大;巴氏杆菌PCR、16S rRNA检测结果均为阳性,该病例最终诊断为溶血性曼氏杆菌感染。生物信息学分析结果显示,该蛋白为亲水性蛋白,具有54个磷酸化位点,二级结构为其结构连接5个α-螺旋。研究表明,该羊场羊感染溶血性曼氏杆菌。
The purpose of the experiment is to study the biological characteristics of Manniella hemolyticus. The sheep suspected of being infected with Manniella hemolyticus in a sheep farm in Aksu City, Xinjiang was taken as the research object, and their infection and symptoms were investigated and recorded. Sick and dead sheep were dissected, tissues and organs were collected aseptically, laboratory etiological diagnosis was carried out on the diseased materials by ordinary PCR method, and bioinformatics analysis of the gene and protein characteristics of Manniella hemolyticus was carried out.The results showed that the dead sheep had lung congestion, hemorrhage, consolidation, intestinal bleeding and lymphadenopathy. Pasteurella PCR and 16S rRNA test results were all positive, and the case was finally diagnosed as Manniella hemolyticus infection. The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that the protein was a hydrophilic protein with 54 phosphorylation sites, and its secondary structure was linked to 5 α-helices. The study indicates that sheep in the sheep farm are infected with Manniella hemolyticus.
