1例犬术后切口化脓性感染的诊治

随着宠物数量增多,随之而来的宠物疾病也日趋增多。外科手术在宠物疾病临床诊疗中占有较大比例,术后治疗护理对外科手术意义重大,可直接影响手术成功与否。文章主要介绍一例柯基犬在进行肠道手术后并发切口感染的诊治过程,通过对患犬进行临床基本检查、影像学检查、病菌培养、血液检查,并综合上述检查结果,确诊该患犬系以链球菌为主的混合金黄色葡萄球菌感染。根据药敏结果调整用药方案,并采取局部治疗与全身治疗相结合的方法;治疗4 d后,患犬感染基本消除,顺利康复出院。

The article mainly introduces the diagnosis and treatment process of a corgi dog complicated by incision infection after intestinal surgery, and based on the above test results, the sick dog was diagnosed with mixed Staphylococcus aureus infection mainly by Streptococcus. The drug regimen was adjusted according to the drug susceptibility results, and local treatment was combined with systemic treatment. After 4 d of treatment, the infection of the sick dog was basically eliminated, and the sick dog recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
