不同年份疆岳驴体尺和体重相关性分析

Correlation analysis between body size and body weight of Jiangyue donkey at different years

研究旨在为疆岳驴选育提供直接而有效的方法,以喀什地区岳普湖县2006年—2021年的疆岳驴、杂交驴和新疆驴为研究对象,探讨体重与体尺指标间的相关性。结果显示:2015年成年疆岳驴的体高、胸围极显著低于其他年份(P<0.01),体重显著低于其他年份(P<0.05)。2013年的疆岳驴育成驴体尺和体重性状指标均极显著低于2015年(P<0.01),2013年的杂交驴体高、体斜长、胸围和体重显著高于其他年份(P<0.05)。疆岳驴的体高、体斜长、胸围和体重极显著高于杂交驴和新疆驴(P<0.01)。成年疆岳驴体重和体斜长相关性最大,体重和胸围、体高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);育成驴的胸围和体斜长相关性最大,体重和胸围、体斜长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);杂交驴体高和体斜长相关性最大,体重和胸围、体斜长、体高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);不同类型驴体重与胸围、体高、体斜长之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究表明,为达到疆岳驴选育的良好效果和目标,体重和胸围应是重点考虑的体尺指标。

The purpose of the study is to provide a direct and effective method for the selection and breeding of Jiangyue donkeys, taking the Jiangyue donkeys, hybrid donkeys and Xinjiang donkeys from 2006 to 2021 in Yuepuhu County,Kashgar as the research objects, to explore the correlation between body weight and body size indicators. The results showed that in 2015, the body height and bust circumference of the adult Jiangyue donkeys were extremely lower than those of other years(P<0.01), and the body weight was significantly lower than those of other years(P<0.05). In 2013, the body size and body weight of Jiangyue donkeys were extremely lower than those in 2015(P<0.01). The body height,oblique length, chest circumference and body weight of hybrid donkeys in 2013 were significantly higher than those in other years(P<0.05). The body height, body oblique length, chest circumference and body weight of Jiangyue donkeys were significantly higher than those of hybrid donkeys and Xinjiang donkeys(P<0.01). The body weight of the adult Jiangyue donkey had the greatest correlation with the body oblique length, and the body weight had a very significant positive correlation with chest circumference and body height(P<0.01). The bust circumference and body oblique length of bred donkeys had the greatest correlation, and the body weight had a very significant positive correlation with bust circumference and body oblique length(P<0.01). The body height of hybrid donkeys had the greatest correlation with body oblique length, and the body weight had a very significant positive correlation with chest circumference, body oblique length and body height(P<0.01). There was a very significant positive correlation between the body weight of different types of donkeys, chest circumference, body height and body oblique length(P<0.01). The study indicates that in order to achieve the good effect and goal of breeding the Jiangyue donkey, body weight and chest circumference should be the most important body size indicators.
