摘要
以矿用平板车车轮为研究对象,运用ProCAST软件进行数值模拟,分析车轮铸件产生缩松、缩孔的位置及原因。对初始浇注方案进行优化,通过添设冒口、增加外冷铁的方式进行改进。结果表明,铸造工艺优化后,车轮铸件实现顺序凝固,热节部位消失,铸件缩松、缩孔缺陷成功消除。经生产验证,车轮铸件的质量良好。
Taking the wheel of mining flatbed car as the research object,ProCAST software was used to carry out numerical simulation to analyze the position and cause of the shrinkage in wheel casting.The initial pouring scheme was optimized and improved by adding risers and external chills.The results showed that after optimization of the casting process,the wheel casting achieved sequential solidification,the hot spot disappears,and the defects of shrinkage and porosity were eliminated successfully.The quality of wheel castings has been verified by production.
