摘要
调研和分析了湖南省自然资源系统公务人员岗位职责和岗位的职业能力,提出了课程体系构建的基本思路和目标,构建了包含自然资源管理公务人员职业素养和职业能力的人才培养模式,设计了融合职业素养和职业能力的“三能力三递进”的自然资源管理知识更新及能力提升课程体系,列举了课程体系的主要培训课程,以利于自然资源管理知识更新及能力提升的实际应用及进一步研究。
The post responsibilities and professional abilities of civil servants in the natural resources system of Hunan Province were investigated and analyzed.The basic ideas and objectives of the construction of the curriculum system were put forward.A talent training model was constructed,including the professional quality and professional ability of civil servants in natural resources management.A natural resources management knowledge update and ability improvement curriculum system of“three abilities and three progressive”was designed,which integrates professional quality and professional ability.The main training courses of the curriculum system were listed in order to facilitate the practical application and further research of knowledge renewal and ability improvement of natural resource management.
