摘要
利用全国人口普查及抽样调查数据和地级城市特征数据,重点考察城市舒适物对人才的吸引程度及作用机制。实证结果显示,城市舒适物能够显著提高人才分布水平,证实城市舒适物对人才存在吸引作用。机制分析发现,城市舒适物能够通过满足消费需求、优化创业环境和促进社会融入三方面作用渠道发挥对人才的吸引力。异质性分析表明,随着经济水平提升以及人口规模扩大,城市舒适物人才吸引力有所增强。进一步分析发现,城市舒适物人才吸引力存在边际递增的非线性效应,同时公共和社会两方面舒适物是城市舒适物人才吸引力的重要来源。
Based on the data of the national population census and the characteristics of prefecture-level cities, the paper mainly examined how urban amenities have attracted talents. The empirical results revealed that, urban amenities would significantly raise the level of talent distribution, which reflected the attracting effect of urban amenities on talents. Mechanism analysis showed that, the influencing paths included meeting consumption demand, improving entrepreneurial environment and promoting social integration.Heterogeneity analysis indicated that, improved economic level and expanded population size would enhance the attractiveness.Furthermore, there was a non-linear effect with marginal increments in this relationship, and the main sources of the attractiveness were public amenity and social amenity.
