内衬不锈钢管当量绝对粗糙度的实验研究

摘要 为测定内衬不锈钢管的当量绝对粗糙度,针对公称直径100、150 mm的管材设计了实验台,以Q235B直焊缝焊接钢管为对照,测定了两类管材的当量绝对粗糙度。实验结果得到内衬不锈钢管和直焊缝焊接钢管的当量绝对粗糙度分别为0.013 mm和0.110 mm。以减阻率评价,内衬不锈钢管具有良好的输送性能。 In order to measure the equivalent absolute roughness of lined stainless steel pipes,a test bench is designed for pipes with nominal diameters of 100 and 150 mm.The equivalent absolute roughness of two types of pipes is measured with Q235B straight welded steel pipes as the control.The experimental results show that the equivalent absolute roughnesses of lined stainless steel pipe and straight welded steel pipe are 0.013 mm and 0.110 mm,respectively.Evaluated by the drag reduction rate,the lined stainless steel pipe has good conveying performance.
