摘要
以北京市某小区为例,介绍智慧供热改造与主要监测内容,分析改造效果。与监控平台自动调节前相比,实施监控平台自动调节后,室内温度均方差变化范围明显收窄。实施监控平台自动调节后的室内温度更接近设定值,监控平台调节能力理想。监控平台自动调节前日最高室内温度变化范围为22.10~30.86℃,监控平台自动调节后日最高室内温度保持在25℃左右。监控平台自动调节不仅可提高室内热舒适度,还有利于供暖系统节能。智慧供热改造后,供热系统节能率为5.89%。
Taking a residential area in Beijing as an example,the smart heating transformation and the main monitoring contents are introduced,and the transformation effect is analyzed.Compared with before the automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform,after the automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform is implemented,the variation range of the mean square error of the indoor temperature is significantly narrowed.The indoor temperature is closer to the set value after the automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform is implemented,and the adjustment ability of the monitoring platform is ideal.The daily maximum indoor temperature varies from 22.10 to 30.86°C before the automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform,and the daily maximum indoor temperature is maintained at about 25°C after the automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform.The automatic adjustment of the monitoring platform can not only improve the indoor thermal comfort,but also contribute to the energy saving of the heating system.After the smart heating transformation,the energy saving rate of the heating system is 5.89%.
