利用储罐压力给LNG槽车增压的BOG卸车工艺 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种利用LNG真空罐压力给LNG槽车增压的BOG卸车工艺,给出计算BOG卸车工艺卸液时间的方法,对传统卸车工艺与BOG卸车工艺进行分析比较。BOG卸车工艺单车卸车用时大幅缩短,卸车效率提高了48.9%。BOG卸车工艺受环境温度影响小,可省略卸车增压器。BOG卸车工艺槽车储罐压力控制更稳定,员工操作简单,卸车风险低。按每年卸500车计算,应用BOG卸车工艺,每年节约操作人工费用约10×10^(4)元/a,节约电费64500元/a。BOG卸车工艺节省卸车时间,提升LNG厂站运行效率,减少卸车橇占地面积,降低投资。 A BOG unloading process using LNG vacuum tank pressure to pressurize LNG tank truck is proposed.The method for calculating the unloading time of BOG unloading process is given.The traditional unloading process and BOG unloading process are analyzed and compared.The BOG unloading process greatly shortens the time for single tank truck unloading,and the unloading efficiency is increased by 48.9%.The BOG unloading process is less affected by ambient temperature,and the unloading booster can be omitted.The BOG unloading process has more stable tank pressure control,simple operation and low unloading risk.Based on the annual unloading of 500 tank trucks,the BOG unloading process can save about 10×10^(4) yuan/a in labor cost and 64500 yuan/a in electricity cost.The BOG unloading process can save unloading time,improve the operation efficiency of LNG plant and station,reduce the floor area of unloading skid and reduce investment.
