摘要
介绍了采用高频燃烧红外碳硫分析仪,测定含铁含锌尘泥及金属化球中碳含量的一种快速简便的分析方法。试验采用红外碳硫仪的常规样品分析方法,通过用不同量的基准碳酸锂,其加入量按碳含量计算在0.1~45,测定它们的红外吸收能,采用多点校正方式绘制校准曲线。利用校准曲线,对不同碳含量的转底炉原料及金属化球样品进行了11次测定,相对标准偏差均在0.38~1.71,表明方法的精密度较好。该法与铁矿石化学分析方法烧碱石棉吸收重量法测定碳酸盐中碳检测结果有较好的一致性,用试样加钢标样对方法进行验证,理论值与检测值吻合,可以满足常规分析需要。
A rapid and simple method for the determination of carbon content in iron-zinc-bearing mud and metallized pellets by high frequency combustion infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer is introduced.The infrared absorption energy of different reference lithium carbonate was determined by using the conventional sample analysis method of infrared carbon-sulfur meter.The content of the reference lithium carbonate was calculated from 0.1 to 45 of carbon content,using multi-point correction method to draw calibration curve.The calibration curves were used to determine the raw materials of rotary hearth furnace and the metallized ball samples with different carbon content for 11 times.The relative standard deviations were all between 0.38 and 1.71,which indicates that the method has a good precision.This method is in good agreement with the method of chemical analysis of iron ore for the determination of carbon in carbonate by Alkali Asbestos and absorption gravimetric method,that can be used for routine analysis.
