The fixed fume hood had serious water leakage due to flue gas scouring,which affects the safe production of the converter.In order to completely eliminate the hidden dangers,the fixed fume hood needed to be replaced.This paper summarizes the design idea,analysis and calculation method of lifting tools and instruments in the replacement operation of the fixed section.
