通过开展6063阳极氧化铝型材锌含量及前处理碱蚀工艺等因素对产品表面光亮花斑缺陷影响机理的试验研究,形成预防及改进措施,解决企业困扰的质量难题。
Through the experimental research on the influence mechanism of zinc content of anodized aluminum profile 6063 and alkaline corrosion process of pre-treatment on bright spotted defects on the surface of the product,prevention and improvement measures are formed to solve the quality problems of enterprises.
