摘要 目的研究射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)在消毒供应中心外来公司器械处理流程中的具体应用及效果。方法分析消毒供应中心外来医疗器械使用现状,提出基于RFID控制系统的全流程监控系统,依据各流程操作实现外来医疗器械追溯和状态跟踪,实现对外来医疗器械的有效管理。结果在消毒供应中心外来公司器械处理流程中应用RFID后,外来医疗械的回收符合率,分发符合率均有所提高,回收记录错误率降低21.5%,发放错误率降低21.2%。同时在科室使用中,该系统使用后显著降低了输入时间及查询时间。结论通过构建RFID全流程控制系统,完成了外来公司医疗器械系统流程管理、消毒器械溯源管理和质量评价等功能,规范了手术器械消毒供应业务流程,也提高了效率。 Objective To study the specific application and effect of radio frequency identification(RFID)in the treatment process of external medical devices in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods This paper analyzed the current situation of the use of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center,and proposed a full-process monitoring system based on the RFID control system,which could realize the traceability and status tracking of the external medical devices according to the operation of each process,and realize the effective management of the external medical devices.Results After the application of RFID in CSSD,the coincidence rate of the recovery and distribution of external medical equipment has been improved,the error rate of the recovery record has been reduced by 21.5%,and the error rate of distribution has been reduced by 21.2%.At the same time,the input time and querytime has been also reduced.Conclusion Through the construction of RFID full-process control system,the functions of process management,traceability management of disinfection device,and quality evaluation for external medical devices have been completed,and the business process of disinfection supply of surgical instruments has been standardized.
