摘要
鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma,NPC)精准放疗中,准确的放疗靶区、有效的预后分析、治疗后残留及复发的监测都是临床管理的重要工作,其直接影响着患者的治疗策略和疗效。正电子发射断层显像/计算机断层扫描(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography,PET/CT)的生物学特性,如标准摄取值、肿瘤代谢体积和病灶糖酵解总量等定量参数,在以上各方面均显示出较高的应用价值。如何准确、有效地将其生物特性应用于NPC诊疗中是当前研究的热门方向,因此本文对PET/CT在NPC诊疗中的应用进行了综述。
In precision radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),accurate radiotherapy target volume,effective prognostic analysis,post-treatment residual and recurrence monitoring are important work of clinical management,which directly affect the treatment strategy and efficacy of patients.The biological characteristics of PET/CT,such as quantitative parameters,standard uptake value,tumor metabolic volume and total amount of lesion glycolysis,showed high application value in all the above aspects.How to accurately and effectively apply its biological characteristics to the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a popular research direction at present,so this article reviewed the use of PET/CT in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
