安康茶产业发展成效分析及高质量发展对策

Analysis on the Development Effect of Ankang Tea Industry and Countermeasures for High Quality Development

安康茶产业发展历史悠久,特别是2013年茶业作为农业五大产业之首后,其种植面积、加工能力、主体培育、科技创新、品牌建设等方面成效显著,但是,同时也存在茶树品种退化、茶园标准化程度不高、茶叶加工能力不强、一二三产融合度低等问题。针对以上问题,文章从优质茶园建设、培育龙头企业、研发创制产品、加大品牌整合、推进茶旅融合、加大政策扶持等6个方面提出了对策建议,为安康茶产业高质量发展提供参考。

Ankang tea industry has a long history of development.Especially after becoming the most important industry in the five major agricultural industries in 2013,it has achieved remarkable results in planting area,processing capacity,main body cultivation,scientific and technological innovation and brand construction.However,there were still problems such as cultivar degradation,low standard,weak processing and low integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In view of the problems,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects:the construction of high-quality tea garden,the cultivation of leading enterprises,the research and development of innovative products,increasing brand integration,promoting the integration of tea tourism and increasing policy support.It provided a reference for the development of tea industry in Ankang.
