西湖龙井炒制技艺非遗传承发展现状及对策思考

Development Status and Countermeasures of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance of West Lake Longjing Frying Technology

近年来,在国家和地方政府关于茶叶制作技艺非遗保护传承工作的推动下,包括西湖龙井制作技艺在内的一些茶非物质文化遗产重新焕发了生机和活力。文章对西湖龙井非遗炒制技艺的项目传承人及项目生存和承习现状进行了梳理,就其项目发展中存在的困境和问题进行分析,并提出通过政府加强引导、寻找手工艺和现代科技的平衡点、加大宣传力度丰富传习内容、非遗进校园形成现代学徒制、运用新媒体新方式弘扬技艺等针对性的建议和措施。

In recent years,under the promotion of the national and local governments on the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of tea making skills,some tea intangible cultural heritages,including the making skills of West Lake Longjing have regained their vigor and vitality.This paper sorted out the intangible cultural heritage system of West Lake Longjing tea frying technique,analyzed the difficulties and problems existing in the inheritance and development of the heritage project,and puts forward targeted suggestions and measures,such as strengthening guidance from the government,finding a balance between handicrafts and modern technology,increasing publicity efforts to enrich the content of teaching,entering the campus to form a modern apprenticeship system,and using new media and new methods to promote skills.
