报废机动车回收管理存在的问题及对策

随着社会经济的不断发展,机动车保有量逐年上升,更替速度快,很多较早购买的机动车已达到强制报废标准,但实际报废机动车回收量远低于理论报废机动车回收量。报废机动车无论是上路行驶还是拆装后再拼装,或是长期停放,都存在较大的道路交通安全隐患。分析产生报废机动车实际回收率低下的原因,以期提高报废机动车的回收率,营造良好的交通环境。

With the continuous development of social economy,the number of motor vehicles is increasing year by year and the replacement speed is fast.Many motor vehicles purchased earlier have reached the mandatory scrapping standard,but the actual scrap motor vehicle recycling amount is far lower than the theoretical scrap motor vehicle recycling amount.Whether running on the road,assembling after disassembling,or parking for a long time,there are great hidden dangers of road traffic safety.This paper analyzes the reasons for the low actual recovery rate of scrapped motor vehicles in order to improve the recovery rate of scrapped motor vehicles and create a good traffic environment.
