科技创新推动西藏农牧业特色产业高质量发展

Scientific and Technological Innovation Promoting High-quality Development of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Characteristic Industry in Tibet

农牧业是西藏的重要产业,实现农牧业高质量发展和产业现代化,是建设社会主义新西藏战略目标的必要条件。农牧业产业的高质量发展依靠科技创新的引领和推动。文章对西藏农牧业现状进行分析,找出问题之所在,进而有针对性地从坚持农牧业科技发展理念创新、加大农牧业科技投入、推进农牧业科技体制创新、优化农牧业科技创新人才队伍、实施农牧业科技创新可持续发展战略等五个方面提出科技创新推动西藏农牧业高质量发展的对策建议。

Agriculture and animal husbandry is an important industry in Tibet,and a high-quality development and realizing its modernization is a necessary condition for achieving the strategic goal of building a new socialist Tibet.A high-quality development of the agriculture and animal husbandry depends on the guidance and promo⁃tion of scientific and technological innovation.This paper analyzes the current situation of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet and find out the problem,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for scientific and technological innovation promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Ti⁃bet from five aspects:Insisting on the scientific and technological development concept of agricultural and ani⁃mal husbandry,Increasing investment of agricultural and animal husbandry,Promoting institutional innovation of agricultural and animal husbandry,optimizing the scientific and technological innovation talent team of agri⁃cultural and animal husbandry,Implementing sustainable development strategies of agricultural and animal hus⁃bandry.
