摘要
为研究大掺量橡胶颗粒对自密实混凝土力学性能的影响规律,以橡胶颗粒粒径(3~5、0~2、0~5 mm)和掺量(0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)为变化参数,对自密实混凝土进行力学性能试验。结果表明,自密实混凝土的强度随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而逐渐降低。在橡胶颗粒掺量为50%时,掺3~5 mm橡胶颗粒的自密实混凝土强度最大,而掺0~2 mm橡胶颗粒的自密实混凝土强度最小。自密实混凝土的拉压比随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而逐渐增大。自密实混凝土的弹性模量与抗压强度之间具有良好的相关性。
In order to study the influence law of large amount of rubber particles on the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete,the rubber particle size(3~5 mm,0~2 mm,0~5 mm)and the content(0,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)were taken as the change parameters to carry out the mechanical properties test of self-compacting concrete.The results show that the strength of self-compacting concrete decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of rubber particles.When the content of rubber particles is 50%,the self-compacting concrete with 3~5 mm rubber particles has the highest strength,while the self-compacting concrete with 0~2 mm rubber particles has the lowest strength.The tension compression ratio of self-compacting concrete increases with the increase of rubber particle content.There is a good correlation between the elastic modulus and compressive strength of self compacting concrete.
