摘要
研究了工业废料锂渣和废旧橡胶粉在不同掺入量的情况,即分别采用了锂渣按照等质量10%、20%、30%取代水泥,以及橡胶粉按照等质量5%、10%、15%取代细砂,并考虑3、14、28 d这3种龄期对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:该新型砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度随着锂渣取代率的提高而先提高后降低,在锂渣替代率为10%时达到最优,锂渣替代率在30%以内基本不降低砂浆强度;随着橡胶粉掺量的提高,水泥砂浆的抗折抗压强度降低,而以折压比表示的韧性则呈增加趋势。锂渣橡胶粉水泥砂浆抗压抗折强度随龄期增长逐渐增加,前期发育较快,14 d后的强度增长较慢。
The effects of three ages of 3 d,14 d and 28 d on the mechanical properties of cement mortar were studied.The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength reach the optimum when the replacement rate of lithium slag is 10%with the increase of lithium slag.The replacement rate of lithium slag is less than 30%,and the mortar strength does not decrease.With the increase of the content of rubber powder,the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar decreases,while the toughness expressed by the flexural and compressive ratio increases.The compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar with lithium slag and rubber powder increases gradually with age,develops rapidly in the early stage,and grows slowly after 14 days.
