摘要
针对布料机预制高性能混凝土的配制及性能要求,首先对掺加粉煤灰、矿渣粉和硅灰3种矿物掺合料的掺量进行了正交试验,然后分析了矿物掺合料、胶砂比和聚羧酸减水剂对高性能混凝土流动性能和力学性能的影响,结合扫描电镜(SEM)对水化28 d混凝土水化产物的形貌、密实性等微观分析,最终确定了最优配合比,成功配制出适用布料机预制的高性能混凝土并进行了实用验证,效果良好。
According to the preparation and performance requirements of precast high performance concrete,the orthogonal test is carried out on the content of three mineral admixtures including fly ash,slag powder and wollastonite.Then the effects of mineral admixture,cement-sand ratio and polycarboxylic acid water reducer on the flow and mechanical properties of high performance concrete are analyzed.Combined with the microscopic analysis of the morphology and compactness of the hydration products of concrete for 28 days of hydration by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the optimal mix ratio is determined,and the prefabricated high performance concrete suitable for the distributor is successfully prepared and verified.
