矿用低污染防爆柴油机的研制

摘要 针对某型煤矿井下车辆用防爆柴油机的动力不足及冒黑烟问题,本文对该防爆柴油机采用了增压和中冷等技术手段,并通过台架试验对其性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:(1)优化的防爆柴油机高速区功率增加,从1900转到2300转工况下功率远远大于原机;(2)优化后的防爆柴油机低速工况下排放得到了大幅度的降低,在1200转工况点NOx排放值降幅最大,为5.4%,CO排放与原机相差不大;(3)减少防爆柴油机提前角可使NOx排放值在各工况点都有不同程度的降低;(4)优化后防爆柴油机动力性满足整车要求,排放符合煤矿柴油机标准《矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件》的规定,可以满足煤矿井下车辆的使用。 Aiming at the problem of power shortage and black smoke emission of explosion-proof diesel engine for a coal mine underground vehicle,this paper adopts supercharging,intercooling and other technical means for the explosion-proof diesel engine,and studies its performance through bench test.The results show that:(1)The power of the optimized explosion-proof diesel engine in the high-speed zone increases,and the power is greater than that of the original engine at 2200 and 2300 rpm;(2)The emission of the optimized explosion-proof diesel engine in the low-speed condition has been greatly reduced,and the maximum reduction of NOxemission value at 1200 rpm is 5.4%,and the difference between CO emission and the original engine is not significant;(3)Reducing the advance angle of the explosion-proof diesel engine can make the NOxemission value at Each operating point has different degrees of reduction;(4)After optimization,the power of explosion-proof diesel meets the requirements of the whole vehicle,and the emissions meet the requirements of the coal mine diesel engine standard general technical conditions of explosion-proof diesel engine for mining,which can meet the use of underground vehicles.
