摘要
生活中传统的垃圾收集模式是造成环境污染和资源难以再利用的根源之一。据此,提出了一种新型智能自动分类垃圾收储装置。该装置主要由机械系统、驱动控制系统和人机交互系统组成。机械系统主要包括垃圾压缩机构、垃圾分类机构和垃圾分类存储机构,驱动控制系统采用STM32F103RCT6集成芯片作为核心控制器,人机交互系统包括语音识别、语音播报和串口屏。控制系统对输入或检测的信号进行处理并发出指令后,机械系统可实现垃圾的压缩和分类后存储、语音播报模块播报分类完成结果和满量时进行预警提醒,而语音识别模块和串口屏可实现人机互动。该装置安全可靠、方便实用,具有较高推广价值。
The traditional garbage collection mode is one of the causes of environmental pollution and the difficulty of recycling resources,therefore,a new intelligent automatic garbage collection and storage device is proposed.The device is mainly composed of mechanical system,control system and human-computer interaction system.Mechanical system includes garbage compression mechanism,garbage sorting mechanism and garbage sorting-storage mechanism,the control system uses STM32F103RCT6 integrated chip as the core controller,the human-computer interaction system includes speech recognition,voice broadcast and serial-port screen.After the control system processes the input or detected signal and sends out the instruction,the mechanical system can realize the garbage compression and classification storage,the voice broadcast module broadcast the classification result and the full warning reminder,the speech recognition module and the serial-port screen can realize the human-computer interaction.The device is safe,reliable,convenient and practical,and has high popularization value.
