中草药添加剂对羔羊小肠组织形态的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal additives on the form of small intestine tissue morphology in lamb

小肠组织是机体营养物质吸收的重要组织结构,小肠组织结构的变化会影响肠道免疫系统,直接关乎机体的健康。中草药具有独特的药用价值,具有改善和修复小肠组织结构的功能。试验选取了24只湖羊羔羊作为试验对象,分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组(n=8),在饲喂基础日粮的同时,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别添加4%和5%的中草药添加剂,在饲养试验结束后对三组羔羊小肠的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、隐窝深度、肌层厚度进行组织形态学观察和测量。得出试验结果:在本试验条件下,添加4%和5%的中草药添加剂均具有改善羔羊小肠组织形态结构的功能,能增加绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度、降低隐窝深度,而添加剂量为5%时,能起到更好的效果。

Small intestinal tissue is an important tissue structure for the absorption of nutrients in the body.The change of small intestinal tissue structure will affect the intestinal immune system and directly affect the health of the body.Chinese herbal medicine has unique medicinal value and has the function of improving and repairing the tissue structure of small intestine.Twenty-four Hu lambs were selected as the test subjects.They were divided into control group:test groupⅠ,test groupⅡ(n=8).While feeding the basic diet to test group,4%and 5%Chinese herbal additives were added to test groupⅠand testⅡrespectively.The villus length,mucosal thickness,crypt depth and myometrium thickness of the small intestine of the three groups of lambs were observed and measured after the feeding test.The results were obtained:under the condition of this experiment,the addition of 4%and 5%Chinese herbal medicine additives has the function of improving the tissue morphology and structure of the small intestine of lamb,which can increase the villi length,mucosal thickness,myometrium thickness and reduce the depth of crypt,while the addition dose of 5%can play a better effect.
