激光在纺织品蜡染中的应用创新实验设计

摘要 专业基础实验项目需要不断的更新和设计,以专业实验教学体系为中心,不断创新实验方法、教学方式,融合更多更新的实验操作及仪器设备使用,进一步训练并提高学生实验技能,为综合性、创新性实验和科研打好基础。以激光在纺织品蜡染中的应用为例,高校染整实验室开设创新性蜡染实验项目,引入激光雕刻工艺“点蜡”,不仅训练了学生掌握织物的前处理,染色工艺等专业基本实验技能,还运用电脑激光刻花对传统蜡染技艺进行了创新性试验,极大地丰富了蜡染纹样,进一步增强了专业基础实验的趣味性和文化艺术性。 Professional basic experimental projects need to be constantly updated and designed,focusing on the professional experimental teaching system,innovating experimental methods and teaching methods,integrating more updated experimental operations and the use of instruments and equipment,further training and improving students’experimental skills,laying a good foundation for comprehensive,innovative experiments and scientific research.Taking the application of laser in textile batik as an example,the university dyeing and finishing laboratory set up innovative batik experiment project and introduced laser carving technology“wax spot”,which not only trained students to master basic experimental skills of fabric pretreatment and dyeing technology,but also used computer laser engraving to carry out innovative experiments on traditional batik technology.The experiment greatly enriched the batik pattern,further enhanced the interest and cultural artistry of professional basic experiments.
