摘要
设计使用Matlab编程实现基于信息熵的心电数据特征点的提取,数据来源于麻省理工心电数据库。首先对心电信号进行滤波处理,然后通过信息熵运算提取R波包络,最后找到R峰点并进行标注。此设计很好地结合了信息论和信号与系统的专业知识,有利于加深学生对课程知识点的理解,提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力,激发其创新思维,实现教学效果和质量的提升。
Using Matlab and entropy to extract characteristic points of ECG data.The ECG data come from MIT-BIH database.Firstly,pre-process the ECG signal with filter,then extract the envelope of R wave by entropy operation,and finally,find the R peak and marked.This design well combines the professional knowledge of information theory and signal and system,which is beneficial to deepen students’understanding of course knowledge points,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,stimulate their innovative thinking,and achieve the improvement of teaching effect and quality.
