摘要
设计了一种基于瑞萨嵌入式SK-S7G2和LabVIEW的检测技术实训系统。该系统采用萤火虫算法布置传感器,通过SK-S7G2进行检测数据采集,数据由无线传感网络发送至上位机,由LabVIEW进行数据处理并实现上位机实时监控。以粉尘浓度检测为例,说明了系统的具体设计过程。应用结果表明:该平台具有知识密集、扩展性强、兼容性广的优点,能够培养学生的实践动手能力。
A testing and training system based on Renesas SK-S7G2 and LabVIEW is designed.The system uses firefly algorithm to arrange sensors,SK-S7G2 collects the sensors’data,wireless network sends the data to the host computer,and the LabVIEW software in the host computer processes and monitors the data in real time.Taking dust concentration detection as an example,the design process of the system is introduced.The application results show that the system has the advantages of intensive knowledge,strong extensibility and wide compatibility.It can cultivate students'practical ability.
