摘要
建设一流实验室成为“双一流”大学建设的客观要求,一流实验室必须由一流实验技术队伍做支撑。当前实验技术队伍结构与工作职能已发生本质性变化,然而高校对实验技术队伍的定位,职业发展路径规划及职称晋升制度对工作职能的导向性并没有发生本质性变革,致使实验技术队伍对教学与科研发展的贡献力不足,已成为限制实验技术队伍走向一流的重要关卡。针对这些问题从科学定位、优化职称和聘期考核指标体系、完善培训机制等方面提出切实可行的对策,并运用史蒂芬•柯维“影响圈与关注圈”理论引导实验技术人员从内因出发,结合工作职能,探索职业发展之路。
To build a first-class laboratory has become the objective requirement of the construction of“Double first-class”University,and the first-class laboratory must be supported by the first-class experimental technology team.At present,the structure and function of the experimental technology team have changed substantially.However,the orientation of the experimental technology team,the career development path planning and the professional title promotion system have not changed substantially.As a result,the contribution of the experimental technology team to the development of teaching and scientific research is insufficient,which has become an important barrier to restrict the experimental technology team to be first-class.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures from the aspects of scientific positioning,optimizing the evaluation index system of professional title and employment period,improving the training mechanism,etc.,and uses the theory of“influence circle and concern circle”of Stephen Covey to guide the experimental technicians to explore the way of career development from the internal factors and combining the work functions.
