麦吉尔大学教学模式对我国高校教学改革的启示

摘要 教学是高校开展人才培养的主要手段,创新教学方法是我国高等教育改革与发展的必然要求。在新形势下,各高校需要重新审视教学改革的内涵和价值,做好教学改革工作,确保教学改革能够发挥高校教育的积极作用,提高人才培养的竞争力。以加拿大麦吉尔大学为例,从课程设置、教学内容安排、教学方法、师资配备等方面,介绍了其在教学方面的特点,以期对我国高校开展教学改革起到借鉴作用。 Teaching is the main means of personnel training in universities.The innovation of teaching methods is essential for the reform and development of higher education in China.In the new situation,universities need to reexamine the connotation and value of teaching reform,do a good job in teaching reform so as to ensure that it can play a positive role in higher education and improve the competitiveness of personnel training.Taking McGill University of Canada as an example,we introduce its characteristics in teaching from the aspects of curriculum design,teaching content arrangement,teaching methods and faculty allocation,in order to provide a reference for the teaching reformation of universities in China.
