摘要
高等教育心理学是研究高等教育情境中教与学基本心理规律的科学,是学校教育心理学的重要分支。实践教学是高等教育教学的重要环节,是培养大学生创造性思维、提升大学生创造能力的重要途径。将高等教育心理学相关理论(如耶克斯-多德森定律、成败归因理论、自我效能感理论等)引入高校实践教学环节,在致力提高大学生学习积极性和主动性的基础上,积极探讨实践教学过程中创新能力培养的有效途径。
Higher education psychology is a science that studies the basic psychological laws of teaching and learning in the context of higher education.It is an important branch of school education psychology.Practice teaching is an important part of higher education teaching,and an important way to cultivate students’creative thinking and enhance their creative ability.In this paper,the related theories of higher education psychology(such as Yerkes-Dodson Law,Attribution Theory of Success and Failure,Self-efficacy Theory,etc.)are introduced into the practice teaching of colleges and universities.On the basis of striving to improve students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,the effective ways to cultivate innovative ability in the practice teaching process are actively explored.
