摘要
阐述了一款具有顺序推出机构的汽车尾灯后壳注塑模具的设计过程。首先通过分析零件的结构特征,确定了热流道中心直浇口和一模两腔的成型方案。然后利用Moldflow对成型过程进行仿真分析。最后通过CAD软件对成型零部件、侧抽芯机构、脱模机构和温度调节系统进行设计。针对数量较多、位置、形状各异的倒扣,在定模和动模部分均设计了侧抽芯机构,共涉及到斜导柱、T形槽、油缸和弹簧等4种抽芯方式。经实践生产证明,该模具结构较为紧凑、动作可靠。
The process of an injection mold for housing of automobile tail lamp with sequential ejection mechanism was described.Firstly,the molding plan was confirmed,which includeed the hot-runner center gate and one mold two cavities,by analyzing the part structure.Then Moldflow was used to simulate various molding defects during the injection process.Finally,the forming parts,side core pulling mechanism,demoulding mechanism and temperature regulation system were designed by CAD software.For a large number of barbs with different positions and shapes,the side core pulling mechanism that involving four core pulling modes,such as inclined guide pillar,T-shaped groove,oil cylinder and spring were designed in both the moving and the stationary parts.Practice shows that the mold has compact structure and reliable action.
