汽车驱动桥千斤顶支座成型工艺改进及模具设计

摘要 对千斤顶支座零件进行工艺分析,对比了不同成型方法对该零件的适用性,确定了合理的成型工艺,并阐述了成型模的结构特征,总结了模具设计的要点。经生产验证,该成型工艺合理,规避了由于产品坯料整体式的一次性变形较大而造成其内部微裂纹,并影响产品性能的风险,简化了模具结构,保证了零件成型质量,提升了生产效率、加大了产能、降低了生产成本。 Based on the process analysis of the Jack bearing parts,through the comparison of different forming methods and their adaptability to the parts,the reasonable forming process is determined,the structural characteristics of the forming die are expounded,and the key points of the die design are summarized.It is proved by production that the forming process is reasonable,and can avoid the risk of microcracks and affecting product performance due to the large onestep deformation of the billet.By using our die,the mold structure is simplified,the forming quality of the parts is ensured.The production efficiency is improved,the production capacity is increased,and the production cost is reduced.
