红寺堡区葡萄产业有机绿色发展初探

A Preliminary Study on Organic Green Development of the Grape Industry in Hongsibu District

宁夏贺兰山东麓红寺堡区与世界著名葡萄酒产区法国波尔多处于同一纬度上,近年来所出产的葡萄酒在国际国内大赛上屡获大奖,酒庄建设、酿酒葡萄种植等取得了一定的发展和成就,但与世界著名葡萄酒产区的酿酒葡萄种植栽培建设理念还有一定的差距。本文通过分析红寺堡区在地理位置、气候条件、土壤类型及有机种植等方面存在的问题,以期为红寺堡区葡萄及葡萄酒产业有机绿色发展找准出路,为红寺堡区成长为世界著名酿酒葡萄产区,红寺堡区酒庄进入世界顶级酒庄找准方向,打造出红寺堡区葡萄产业有机、绿色、健康栽培管理的新理念。

The Hongsibu area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia is at the same latitude as the world-famous production area of Bordeaux,France.In recent years,the wines produced have won many awards in international and domestic competitions,and certain development and achievements have been made in winery construction and wine grape planting.However,there is still a certain gap with the world-famous wine-producing areas in the concept of wine grape planting and cultivation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in Hongsibu District in terms of geographical location,climatic conditions,soil types and organic planting,in order to find a way for the organic and green development of the grape and wine industry in Hongsibu District,and for Hongsibu District to grow into a world-renowned wine grape producing area,to find the right direction for the wineries in Hongsibu District to enter the world's top wineries and create a new concept of organic,green and healthy cultivation and management of the grape industry in Hongsibu District.
