南疆兵团城市空间发展战略分析--以第十四师昆玉市为例

Analysis on the Urban Space Development Strategy of the Corps Cities in South Xinjiang:A Case of Kunyu City of the 14th Division

南疆地区是我国西部重要的门户地区,是向西开放的战略要地,然而南疆与北疆的兵团建设却极不平衡。本文以昆玉市为例,探究南疆兵团城市的空间发展现状与发展条件,并通过识别其核心问题,认为其在城镇空间结构、用地布局、生态环境等方面存在较大问题,并针对这些问题提出了八条空间发展战略,为昆玉市,以及未来南疆地区新建城市提供参考。

South Xinjiang is an important gateway area in the west of China,and a strategic place to open to the west.However,the construction of its corps is extremely unbalanced with the north Xinjiang.Taking Kunyu city as an example,this paper explores the current space development conditions of the corps cities in south Xinjiang,identifies the core problems and thinks that there are big problems in the urban spatial structure,land use layout,and ecological environment,and so on.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward eight space development strategies,which provides a reference for Kunyu city and the new cities to be built in south Xinjiang.
