乡村建筑保护与更新策略研究--以浙江富阳文村改造为例

Research on Protection and Renewal Strategy of Rural Buildings:A Case of the Reconstruction of Wencun Village in Fuyang,Zhejiang

我国城市化发展进程不断加快,乡村发展滞后,导致城乡发展不均衡。乡村建筑由于缺乏统一规划,存在建筑形态和空间布局混乱、基础设施匮乏等问题。乡村建筑承载着当地的地域特色和历史文化,需要保留和传承。因此,如何对乡村建筑进行保护和更新是当前亟须解决的问题。本文在乡村振兴的视角下,通过梳理当前我国乡村建设的现状与问题,以浙江富阳文村改造项目为例进行研究,本文从乡村建筑的建筑形态、空间布局、基础设施三个方面提出乡村建筑保护与更新策略。

The process of urbanization in China is accelerating,and rural development lags behind,resulting in the imbalance between urban and rural development.Due to the lack of unified planning,rural architecture has the problems of disordered architectural form and spatial layout,lack of infrastructure,and so on.Rural buildings carry local regional characteristics and historical culture,which need to be preserved and inherited.Therefore,how to protect and update rural buildings is the most urgent problem to be solved.From the perspective of rural revitalization,by sorting out the current situation and problems in the construction of rural areas in China,this paper takes the reconstruction of Wencun Village in Fuyang,Zhejiang as a case,and puts forward the protection and renewal strategy of rural buildings from the architectural form,spatial layout and infrastructure of rural buildings.
