同城化中弱势城市发展方向研究--以信罗同城化中罗山县发展为例

Research on the Development Direction of Weak Cities in Urban Integration:A Case of the Development of Luoshan County in the Urban Integration of Xinyang and Luoshan County

同城化是城市现代化发展的新趋势,是时代发展的新要求,其实质是城与城之间的紧密合作,以实现彼此间又好又快的发展。但是在同城化的发展过程中,强势城市会对弱势城市产生明显的虹吸效应,弱势城市往往在同城化过程中的收效不及预期。本研究在对罗山县发展现状进行研判的基础上,从交通、产业、文旅、科创、公共服务等视角出发,揭示在信罗同城化中,弱势城市如何更进一步推动自己的发展。

Urban integration is the new trend of urban modernization,and the new requirements for the development of the times.Its essence is to achieve the fast and good development of the cities through the close cooperation between the cities.But in the process of urban integration,strong cities will have obviously siphon aspect to weak cities,and the effect of weak cities is not as good as expected in the urban integration.Based on the analysis on the current development of Luoshan county,from the perspectives of transportation,industry,cultural tourism,scientific innovation and public service,the paper reveals how the weak cities further promote themselves in the urban integration of Xinyang and Luoshan county.
