Research on the Design Concept of the Office Building Project of Qingdao Victal Co.,Ltd.

工业建筑作为城市经济社会发展的重要支撑,其重要性随着城市化进程加快而愈发凸显。作为城市工业建筑重要组成部分的厂区办公楼,不仅是企业文化的形象展示,而且是城市工业景观的重要组成部分。本文结合青岛威奥股份企业办公楼的方案创作,从总体布局、功能组织、形态塑造三方面对工业厂区办公楼的特点进行探讨,以期得到一些理念启示与实践总结。

As an important support for the development of urban economy and society,the importance of industrial buildings has become more and more prominent as the process of urbanization accelerates.As an important part of the city‘’s industrial architecture,the factory office building not only carries the image display of corporate culture,but is also an important part of the city’s industrial landscape.Combining with the plan creation of the offlce building of Qingdao Victall Co.,Ltd.,the paper discusses the characteristics of office buildings in industrial plants from three aspects:overall layout,functional organization,and form shaping,in order to obtain some conceptual enlightenment and a summary of practice.
