摘要
双壁钢围堰在我国桥梁工程深水承台施工中得到越来越广泛的应用,但由于其结构和受力均较复杂,因此在设计与施工过程中必须保证其结构的安全性。本文以官洲河特大桥北引桥为依托,对深水双壁钢围堰的关键施工技术进行实践分析。结果表明,将双壁钢围堰分为上下两节,每节等分成4块圆弧段提前预制加工,有效降低了起重高度及施工便桥承载力的要求,加快了施工进度,降低了安全风险,节约了施工成本,实现了质量、安全、进度与成本的高度统一,可为深水承台施工提供安全可靠的作业环境,以期为类似工程设计与施工提供借鉴。
Double-wall steel cofferdam has been widely used in the construction of deep-water bearing platform of bridge engineering in China.However,due to its complex structure and stress,its structural safety must be guaranteed in the process of design and construction.Based on the north approach bridge of Guanzhou River Grand Bridge,the key construction technology of deepwater double-wall steel cofferdam is analyzed and applied.The results show that with the double-wall steel cofferdam are divided into the upper section and the lower section,and each section is divided into four equal arc segments,which are prefabricated in advance.Thus,the requirements for hoisting height and the bearing capacity of the temporary bridge for construction are effectively reduced,the construction progress is accelerated,the safety risk is lowered,the construction cost is saved,and the high unity of quality,safety,progress and cost is realized,which can provide a safe and reliable working environment for the construction of deepwater bearing platform,and provide a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
