绿色建筑设计中BIM技术应用的实践分析

Analysis on the Practical Application of BIM Technology in Green Building Design

近几年,我国社会与经济快速发展,建筑行业发生了翻天覆地的变化,不仅在发展过程中施工技术不断创新优化,其发展方向也发生了转变,建筑行业也越来越重视绿色建筑设计的问题。所以为了进一步提高建筑行业发展效率与质量,各单位将现代化的BIM技术应用到了绿色建筑设计中,通过这样的方式来进一步提高建筑设计的合理性与有效性。本文对绿色建筑设计中BIM技术应用的实践进行总结分析,并提出一些建设性意见。

With the rapid development of China’s society and economy in recent years,the construction industry has undergone earthshaking changes,not only the continuous innovation and optimization of construction technology in the development process,but also the changes in its development direction.For example,in the development process,the construction industry pays more and more attention to the problem of green building design.Therefore,in order to further improve the development efficiency and quality of the construction industry,all units have applied modern BIM Technology to green building design,so as to further improve the rationality and effectiveness of architectural design in this way.This paper summarizes and analyzes the practice of the application of BIM technology in green building design,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
