光热响应型Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/环氧树脂形状记忆复合材料的制备及性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为改善形状记忆环氧树脂(EP)的力学性能并丰富其驱动形式,以形状记忆EP为基体,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)纳米材料为填料,通过溶液共混和热压成型法制备光热响应型Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP形状记忆复合材料。系统探讨Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)对EP的形貌、结构、力学性能、热力学性能、光热转换性能以及光热响应形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:层状结构Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)的加入会显著提高EP的力学性能,相比纯EP,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)含量为2.0%(按质量分数计)的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP复合材料的拉伸强度和储能模量分别提高了40%和125%;此外,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)赋予了EP光驱动性能,且随着Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)负载量的提高,复合材料的光热转换效率逐渐提高,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)含量为2.0%(按质量分数计)的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP复合材料在近红外光和天然日光照射下,可分别在13 s和40 s内完成形状回复。该复合材料具有较高的光热转换效率和快速的光响应驱动性能,在光驱动执行器领域具有应用潜力。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of shape memory epoxy(EP)and enrich its driving modes,the photo-thermal responsive Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP shape memory composites were prepared through solution blending and hot pressing molding method using shape memory EP as matrix and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) nanomaterial as filler.The effects of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) on the morphology,structure,mechanical properties,thermomechanical properties,photo-thermal conversion properties,and photo-thermal response shape memory properties of EP were systematically investigated.The results showed that the addition of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) with layered structure significantly improved the mechanical properties of EP,and compared with pure EP,the tensile strength and energy storage modulus of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP composites with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) content of 2.0%(by mass fraction)increased by 40%and 125%,respectively.In addition,EP was endowed with light-driven properties by Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),and the photo-thermal conversion efficiency of the composites gradually increased with the increase of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) loading capacity.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/EP composites with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) content of 2.0%(by mass fraction)completed shape recovery within 13 s and 40 s under near-infrared light and natural daylight irradiation,respectively.The composites have high photo-thermal conversion efficiency and fast photo-response performance,and have application potential in the field of light-driven actuators.
