摘要
加热辊是热塑片材辊压机的关键部件。在加热辊中,流道布置复杂,成本高。对热塑片材辊压机加热辊流道进行了设计,在充分考虑热塑片材辊压机使用要求和导热油传热机理的基础上,采用螺旋流道,大大降低了加热辊加工成本,缩短了生产周期。在三维建模的基础上,应用SolidWorks软件进行热力学仿真,对影响加热辊辊面温度的因素进行分析。热仿真分析结果表明,采用8组?50 mm半圆焊接流道、1 200 mm螺距、两端进油两端出油的设计,在导热油流速为2.5 m/s的情况下,加热辊辊面温度均匀度为4.43 K,满足技术要求。
The heating roller is a key component of a thermoplastic sheet rolling machine.In the heating roller, the runner arrangement is complicated and the cost is high.The runner of the heating roller of the thermoplastic sheet rolling machine was designed.On the basis of fully considering the operating requirement of the thermoplastic sheet rolling machine and the heat transfer mechanism of the heat conduction oil, the spiral runner was adopted, which greatly reduced the processing cost of the heating roller and cut the production cycle.On the basis of 3D modeling, SolidWorks software was used to carry out thermodynamic simulation, and analyze the factors affecting the surface temperature of the heating roller.The thermal simulation analysis results show that when the design adopts 8 groups of ?50 mm semicircular welding runners, 1 200 mm pitch, double-end oil input and double-end oil output, and when the flow rate of the heat conduction oil is 2.5 m/s, the surface temperature uniformity of the heating roller is 4.43 K, which meets the technical requirement.
